With the help of a small team, the artist and trained anthropologist has manipulated white string, nailing the material to the ceiling in the shapes of deer which seem to comprise a celestial body when illuminated with an ultraviolet lighting system.
Just a personal aside, while I think this is interesting, why is it important to share that he is a “trained” anthropologist? “Trained” is a horrible word to describe the education of anthropology, and anthropology has absolutely no relevance to this artwork what so ever. It’s just irritating as an anthropologist, that something like this would continue to obscure people’s already misinformed notion of anthropology. We study humanity (you know, groups of people), if you were confused.
